Jamie is excellent! She's absolutely meticulous and I really appreciated her level of care. She really knows what she's doing and tailors the cut/the idea to the client's look and hair type. I was able to keep the length but my hair is sooo much lighter and bouncier now. Thanks Jamie!

I saw an ad on Instagram on Christmas Day. I messaged the stylist with a couple of questions. To my surprise, they responded that day. I ended up scheduling for mid-January due to my work schedule. It is my first time to Bisou and Erika was my hairstylist. I needed a change since my last dye was over a year ago. My booking was for 4 hours as originally I was thinking I would just get some highlights not knowing what to do with my hair exactly. Erika suggested some tight highlights to blend and cover existing colour. She offered me some snacks and water, since we both knew this will take a few hours! We actually went over the alotted time but she finished the job. The bonus was the really nice head massage. My hair turned out really nice. I will definitely consider going back.

This was my second appointment, and once again I’m so impressed with the results. Jamie took the time to truly understand my needs and carefully analyzed the right color and haircut for my hair. The final result looks amazing, I honestly can’t stop admiring it. If you’re looking for a skilled Korean hair stylist who understands face shape and knows how to create the right layered haircut, Jamie is the one to go to. I’ll definitely be back, and if Jamie ever opens her own salon, I’d follow without hesitation. Highly recommend!

I'm honestly heartbroken about my experience. My hair was already struggling due to my health issues, and I spent hours the night before meticulously brushing it and getting all the tangles out. I even went the extra mile and put it in two single braids to keep it from getting messed up before my appointment at. The moment they washed my hair and the. Started brushing my hair from the top down while still wet, I knew it was a disaster. I tried to tell them to start at the bottom, but they just kept ripping through my hair, causing knots and breakage. It's devastating to see my hair go from full and healthy to brittle and thin in just one visit. The lack of care and attention from the stylist was shocking. I'm left feeling like I've lost a part of myself, and I'm not sure how to fix the damage they've done. I will say that the receptionists is amazing and that the other stylist who was working on another person and kept coming over to assist them and show them how to brush my hair I appreciate them greatly

I finally found a stylist who actually knows how to do a proper wolf cut in Vancouver and she nailed it! Jamie took the time to understand what I wanted, explained every step, and even taught me how to style it myself so it looks great every day. She showed me which parts to focus on when I don’t have much time to get ready, super professional and thoughtful. My hair has shape, movement, and attitude again. Honestly, I loved the whole experience and can’t recommend her enough!
