Been training here for just over two years now. I've trained at quite a few gyms across the lower mainland and this gym is by far the best environment I've trained in. Top notch coaches with championship level Muay Thai experience for if you want to compete but also a laid back vibe for if you just want to get in good shape. Happy to call this place my home away from home.

The facility is clean and well maintained, as is the equipment. The instructors are kind, patient and genuinely have a passion for the sport. They really want to see the students skills progress. I have participated in the group class as well as taken private lessons from Colton Bird. The classes are so much fun you don’t want them to end and the students are from all ages, ethnicities and genders. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. I recommend the private lessons for anyone who wants their skills to progress quicker. Colton designs a lesson plan specifically catered to you and what you want. I really love this gym and hope to see you soon!

I started a few months ago and have been blown away by Jesse's expertise and the friendly supportive atmosphere he creates. Jesse's always motivating everyone with a huge smile on his face and always makes it around to help every person in the class... No matter how big the class is. Great class for either beginners or people with previous training... Jesse will teach to your level. Highly recommend Birdhouse Striking Club!
