The best Vet in town. Amazed at how quickly they got my cat Gizmo in. How quick they were to assess and make sure she was good to be released. Very professional. By far the best Vet in town, I've been to a few and keep coming back here as they actually listen to you! Most places I find immediately go to X or Y. Thanks again!!

My dog suffered a cardiac episode while Birchwood was on call, and the team quickly diagnosed Piper’s condition. With a chest X‑ray they confirmed an enlarged heart and ruled out any foreign object, explaining that she was in congestive heart failure. Dr. Luikaitis and Lacey created a calm, compassionate environment that let my mom and me say goodbye to her peacefully. We were told to take our time and asked if we would like a paw and nose print documented of hers. When I picked up Piper's ashes, the prints were in the card of condolence - a beautiful reminder of the cold nose that would give me kisses, and the paw prints that walked beside me for over a decade.

I want to say thank you to all the staff at Birchwood Vet (especially Natasha), for the kindness, understanding, and respect they showed our family, including our beautiful furbaby “Zorro”, during such a difficult time. The staff truly understand that pets are part of the family, and they treated Zorro and all of us with so much care and compassion. Today I went to pick up his ashes was incredibly hard, and I broke down again. But once again, I felt comforted by the caring and understanding staff. When I got home and saw the sympathy cards, poems, and paw & nose prints included with his ashes, it meant more than they will ever know. We will cherish and appreciate all of those keepsakes always ❤️ They truly went above and beyond, and it helped lift our spirits during a time of deep grief for which we are truly grateful.

I have a senior dog who's not great with people. Birchwood's team has been amazing. They are friendly, caring and have been able to work within my limited budget to make sure my GS is going to have a good quality of life for whatever time we still have together. I am so thankful they took my doofus as a client and for how compassionate and kind they have been to both of us. Amazing team and I will definitely continue to go to them for all my veterinary needs. Thank you so much Birchwood. Gunner and I appreciate all of you so much.

Rocky underwent dental surgery and a lumpectomy yesterday, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care he received. The entire team was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. I was kept informed throughout the process with regular updates on Rocky’s condition, and they provided thorough post-operative care instructions to ensure a smooth recovery. It was a truly positive experience from start to finish. Thank you to this amazing team for your dedication and kindness!
