I had a very upsetting and concerning experience at Binh’s Nail Salon in South Common. While the technician was removing my old gel with a nail drill, she cut my fingertip. It was painful and started bleeding immediately. I had to pull my hand away because it hurt so much. I went to wash my hands myself to try to stop the bleeding, but it would not stop. Another staff member gave me a bandage, but I was still bleeding. After this happened, my hands were shaking and I started feeling dizzy. No one checked on me or showed concern about how I was feeling. Instead, the technician tried to continue the service. I refused and asked for someone else. I waited about 20 minutes while other technicians became available, but I was told they could not do my nails because it was late. Later, I was told the same technician who injured me was ready to continue. I clearly said I was fine with anyone except the person who cut me. I was then told to come back tomorrow, even though I had already been injured and had lost my time. This was not only poor customer service but also a serious lack of care and professionalism when a client was physically hurt. I will not be returning.

I’ve been coming here on and off for years, the nail techs are always friendly, nail quality is great, and my designs I choose are always executed very well. They were so friendly today when I brought my 7 year old in for her first set of acrylics for her birthday! Can’t recommend them enough and my daughter can’t wait to come back.

Amazing!!! Clean and friendly staff!!! I’ve been coming here for a while now and have yet to leave disappointed. My nails are always shaped the same the designs I bring in always turn out the same if not better than the picture. I usually see Paul he’s amazing but I’ve also seen a few of the ladies and the quality is the same. You will not be disappointed:) thy will not add $5 to every little thing the price they give you is what you pay no surprises. If you want quality this place will lot disappoint!!

Back at it again!!! New year new nails!!!! And in love again!!! 1 I called/walked in NYE and they gladly accepted me!!! I showed my tech an IG pic of what I wanted and she slayed it better than the image!!! She even found the perfect base colour that complimented my skin tone!!!! Everyone is absolutely drooling over my nails since new years!!!!

Gorgeous nails. Best nails I have ever had done. Brilliant work, we will make this our nail place. The technician, I dididn'catch his name.. he was kind,, superb work.. patient with my nerve shakes.. we loved thanks so so much
