Nails bruised and bloody - I walked out. Yikes. I hate to give a one star but watch out. Positives: I've gone here before for pedicures, it's clean, the massage chairs are great and it's a nice atmosphere. I've gone 5 or 6 times with no problems. Affordable and good pedis. Negatives: I've gotten a new set before here, no problems. It took a very long time, maybe an hour and a half. They were thick but not bad. I went in for a fill and they said they had to remove my nails so I let them. It took an hour to remove 3 nails. They didn't know what they were doing and bruised and cut my nails so they bled. I walked out with half-removed nails, I asked if they needed help or needed someone else to complete the service if they couldn't do it so I tried to give them a chance to fix the situation. The kicker is they didn't completely remove the nails and started to try to glue new ones on!! I am so disappointed and really would not want anyone to go here if they provide that poor level of service.

This has been my go to manicure and pedicure place for over 8 years. The team here is creative and works with my requests each time I bring them a new design to try; usually from Pinterest. I get the gel powder as I get 4 - 6 weeks of wear out of the nails. I am always a walk-in without an appointment and they fit me in as quickly as possible, usually right away.

10/10. Great conversation with Chi, She are very nice and friendly. She gave me what I wanted and I paid in full and gave her tips. Very happy with it. Definitely recommends Chi and this nail salon 😍

Hanh did a great job replicating a gel set for my sister for our upcoming trip! She was very friendly and we will be coming back!

Super pretty acrylic set, I like them a lot. Hanh did them for me and she did a great job and gave me exactly what I showed her. I really recommend going to binh’s nails.
