Shoutout to Ryan at the Big Toy Wash! I was having issues in one of the bays and he noticed right away, came over to help, and made sure I got my money back for the time i was having troubles. Super friendly, attentive, and great customer service. Really nice to see someone who actually cares with a friendly smile😊

This car wash has gone downhill ever since the new owners took over. The run time has been reduced, the pressure is lower, and the SOAP and WAX lasts for maybe 15-30 seconds before defaulting to water. On top of that, the pressure from the wand has an audible surge, which can clearly be felt and heard, usually with the “WAX” setting, resulting in almost no pressure. Do not recommend this place anymore.

I brought my car to Big Toy Wash in Medicine Hat and was pleasantly surprised. The facility is clean and well-organized, and it’s easy to figure out how to use the equipment. Ryan was around to answer a couple of questions I had, which was really helpful and made the experience stress-free.

Stopped in to wash my car and had a smooth experience. The bays are spacious and everything worked as expected, which made things pretty straightforward. It’s also reassuring knowing help is available if you need it — thanks to Ryan for being attentive and making sure everything was running properly. Overall, a reliable spot for bigger vehicles. I’ll be back.

I have used this carwash many times in the past few years, and it has improved. All the equipment is operational, and they have to tap at the self wash payment. The staff on duty are friendly and work to keep everything clean. I appreciate how there is enough pressure and soap to get the bugs off my vehicle.
