We have used Big Springs Plumbing Heating & AC several times throughout the years. Each time has been a great experience. Throughout the last while, we had replaced a furnace and installed central AC, repaired a couple leaks, and most recently, Greg helped us install a new dishwasher. Every person who came previously have also been wonderful to deal with. Friendly, thorough and always leaving behind clean work. Highly recommended!

Noticed our hot water heater was leaking last night. I called Big Springs, and they were able to send Greg and Josh out by the afternoon to inspect the issue and review our options. We ultimately decided to replace the tank, which they were able to complete right away so we didn’t have to go without hot water any longer. Both Greg and Josh were excellent to work with and are a credit to the company. I would highly recommend Big Springs.

I called in for a service call on my furnace after it refused to heat my house for 3 days. It would kick in, but never fully go into “heat mode”. Mike and Cayden came to check it out, they both were very knowledgeable, kind and were very interested in knowing my experience the last 3 days and what I’ve noticed etc. I had explained that I was experiencing dizzy symptoms as well so was concerned of a CO leak, and Mike was very diligent in making sure that was not the case with his CO detector. Turns out the issue was my pressure switch, which they were able to replace. The whole call took about an hour. Thank you to Mike and Cayden and to the very kind receptionist that took my call. I truly appreciate you making the appointment and to the guys for coming out to my house so fast. Fast, reasonably priced, kind and knowledgeable 100%. Definitely recommend!

I had no hot water so I called Big Springs plumbing. They were able to fit me it the same day which was extremely appreciated! Seth was very professional and respectful and took the time to explain the issue to me. He had the hot water up and running again in a short time. I was very pleased to have used this company for my repair and will be using them from now on. Thanks Big Springs Plumbing!

I do not recommend this company. Especially for any gas leak issues. I had to have them come out 4 times to fix the issue that only I could find. A gas leak at eye level was missed 3 times until I actually put leak detector on myself had to have them come back out. Two bills to fix gas leak probably. This gas leak was at eye level right at furnace. Use another company for dangerous situations like my experience because they are not very thorough with their work. Also this company replace parts that were not needed. Lots of other companies out there that stand behind the first call out for a missed gas leak. I was forced to call them back and forced to used them because they should have completed the job properly the first time by the last homeowners at my new property. I will never use this company because my families safety was put at risk because of a lack of care, and a lack of attention to detail. Imo. Find a professional company.
