The highlights of this gym are Nidhal and Light. They are the best front end staff you can ask for. I look forward to getting there on weekdays to be greeted by Nidhal. I also do my best to get there before 9am on Saturdays so I can see Light. Great way to start the day and the lift. This is an exceptional gym with great staff and is always very clean. I have worked out and many gyms in my life, and can say this is the cleanest.

All the staff were absolutely fantastic, and the gym facilities are spotless and very well maintained. A huge thank you to Honor for her exceptional customer service and incredibly quick help with my locker lock issues. She was efficient, friendly and made the whole experience stress-free, I was able to go to my class on time, again my deepest gratitude. I highly recommend Big Sky Fitness!

Big Sky fitness is hands down the best gym I've ever been a member of. It is spacious, spotless, and has multiples of any type of equipment, weights, or machines you could ever need. It is well organized, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I love the quality, frequency, and wide variety of fitness classes. They have massage, saunas, and body compistion testing. There are probably services I don't even know about. It really is an excellent gym and if you are in the market for a place to go, I would definitely recommend checking it out. It's quite impressive.

I had an amazing experience with Peter Lim at Big Sky Fitness. From the moment I walked in, Peter was incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, which immediately made me feel comfortable. He took the time to answer every question I had and asked all the right questions to make sure I was fully set up for success. The entire staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the front door, which made the whole environment even better. The gym itself was spotless and well-maintained, and I was impressed with the wide range of options available — from weighted machines to fitness classes and even RMT services. It was clear that Peter genuinely cared about helping me reach my goals, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. Overall, it was a truly exceptional customer experience, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend!
