They are very kind and very knowledgeable about dogs. I drive about an hour for my Puli Neo to visit with Dr Dain…one of the reasons is because Neo is very comfortable around him and that’s not the only reason. Dr Dain always has the right diagnosis and I trust him completely with all of Neo’s medical needs when he gets sick.

I've taken our dog Murray to see Dr. Dain for quite a few years now. He takes as much time as you need with him and goes over everything possible. I so appreciate such care and compassion as our boy is getting older❣️

Me and my family used to see Dr.Rick before he retired, and he was absolutely amazing, we have never had a better vet. since his retirement, my mom and I have seen Dr.Daine. I brought in my cat, Missy, who is quite an anxious cat, and I’ve never felt more comfortable and understood during a vet appointment. I was interested in getting my cat on anti-anxiety medication as I have quite literally tried EVERYTHING you could possibly imagine to make her more comfortable. I was nervous to bring her to the vet and ask about it because I was scared that I would be criticized or heavily questioned about what I have done so far (I am not kidding when I say I have tried everything and have spent an absurd amount of money to make Missy comfortable). Dr.Daine was so incredibly understanding, he was so gentle with Missy considering her needs, and he listened to me and understood me. I’m also pretty sure he did Missy’s spay awhile back, of which the surgical scar was so incredibly minuscule and unnoticeable (the technique was incredible)! Regardless, I thank Dr.Daine for everything he has done for my sweet Missy as well and my mom’s dogs. Thank you Big Rock!

Dr. Dain was awesome with my 7yr old cat’s yearly checkup. We trust his years of experience and gentle care with our kitties. We’ve been coming to Big Rock since they’ve been kittens and he’s always been a great Veterinarian; with direction of molar removal for one of the cats 2yrs ago, and diagnosed anxiety for the other kitty (during a home renovation). Saved us from mucho dollars of other testings advised by other clinics. Our family highly recommends Dr. Dain!!

Dr Rick and his staff are absolutely fantastic! They are so very genuine, knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding and patient. Dr Rick was so great with helping us through a very difficult few months with our boy Rowdy and his brave battle with cancer. We are very thankful for him. He made the transition so peaceful and loving. Now we are starting all over with our new generation American Lab Dallas Jasper (DJ) who is joining his new brother our Great Dane Hank and the chase is on with his other fur brother Moe the cat!! But the future looks bright and we are so thankful for our extended family at Big Rock Animal Clinic. Kimberly & Paul 🐾💙
