I’ve been coming to Big Feet for quite some time, and it used to be one of my favourite places to unwind. I always left feeling relaxed and refreshed, especially when I booked with Michael — he’s been consistently excellent, and I’ve had other great therapists here in the past as well. Unfortunately, my last two visits haven’t been the same experience. I was assigned the same therapist both times, and I left feeling like I barely received a proper foot massage. For $135, I expected to feel relaxed and cared for, but instead it felt like a missed experience, which was disappointing. My husband, however, had a good experience with his therapist during the same visit, so I know the quality can still be there. That’s why I’m unsure whether to give it another chance or simply request Michael going forward. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that consistency in service can be improved, because I genuinely used to love coming here and would like to continue supporting this business.

I’ve been coming to this place at least monthly for years and it’s incredible! The body workers are great, and you can’t beat the prices! You get what you pay for, this isn’t a bougie spa but I always leave feeling relaxed, loose and refreshed. Highly recommend both the foot and body massages.

I’ve been with Big Feet getting foot massages for a long time, and they are genuinely one of the best foot massage places I’ve had the pleasure of going to. Their shoulder massages are always on point, helping out get rid of any existing discomfort or tension. Their front end staff are extremely accommodating and friendly when making an appointment which makes the process care free and easy. 😌 The acupuncturists are fantastic as well! I’ve always left satisfied with most the of my massages with them as well and it’s kept me as a returning customer for the last few years! I would 100% recommend going to them and we’ve brought other family members multiple times! 💆‍♂️😆

I had such a relaxing and refreshing session with Bonnie. She really knows how to find the right pressure points and made me feel completely at ease throughout the massage. The atmosphere was calming, clean, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Bonnie is not only skilled but also very kind and attentive she checked in to make sure I was comfortable and adjusted the pressure perfectly. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with much less tension in my feet and legs. I would highly recommend Bonnie if you’re looking for a professional, soothing, and rejuvenating foot massage. I’ll definitely be coming back!
