Good massage here. I'd come back for the massage, but on a warmer day. The door is opened so many times from customers it creates such a cold breeze when getting a foot massage. I also noticed many details about the decor that it seems they don't care to even take the tags off the decorations, very odd. Makes me wonder what else they don't care to do like cleaning or sanitizing...

I visited Big Feet last week and received a massage from Paul. From the start he was professional and attentive, asking about my problem areas and adjusting pressure as needed. His technique released long-held tension and left my body feeling significantly lighter and more relaxed. The whole session felt personalized and caring. Highly recommend Paul if you want an effective, well executed massage.

Booked an appt. online. They called and asked if I would want to come an hour later. I couldn’t. He didn’t provide me with privacy when putting a pillow under my hips to reduce hyper extension of my back, so pretty sure he was looking right at my breasts when I lifted up, and had to slide the pillow in. The “massage” I received, really just felt like he was wasting time. Lots of pushing randomly. No order to any of it. Very focussed on a couple parts, but never really massaged anything other than my neck. Using one hand, in one spot for 5-10 mins. He spent a few minutes pushing on my legs. Pretty sure when she asked if I could move my appt. up an hour, I should have just rebooked. I feel fairly certain this man, who was nice enough, did not do this for a living and it was a waste of my time. Addition: Please see the picture I provided. Your records need to be checked again. As you can see I booked for 4. Your location is close to my house and on Thursday’s I work from home so no, I did not get the location wrong. I have been to 2 other Big Feet locations and never had an issue before. Upon receiving an email from Big Feet, offering compensation, I will happily alter my 1 star review. I was advised there will be training and I appreciate the quick replies and quick recompense. Thank you.

I had a good time getting a rough foot and shoulder massage here from Anne! I never had a massage with such intense pressure before! It was so intense I felt like crying out in pain for a couple of minutes here and there. Now you may wonder how I could possibly enjoy it if it was so painful. I didn’t mind the pain overall because I felt the message was enjoyable for the most part and I could really feel the benefits after it was all over. When I walked out, my feet and shoulders felt loose and the tension felt like it got reduced in half! Thanks, Anne!
