Went through the car wash came out and there was a scratch on the back of my car (also still dirty). Called to notify them about it maybe 3 mins later, the manager insisted it didn’t happen there and asked me to come back. I explained that I work until 9 (when they close) he then hung up the phone. I called back and asked if he hung up on me and he replied with “I didn’t mean to I thought you were coming in” I explained that I wasn’t going to make it today and he insisted that it didn’t happen there and I should look elsewhere where for the source of the scratch. After telling my coworkers, one of them mentioned the same thing happened with her car and had the same experience with the manager. I work in the area so I go to this car wash a few times through out the month but will never go again.

Just visited big bucket car wash and paid $15 for an automated car wash. Unfortunately, the equipment doesn’t necessarily function properly and soap was not being dispensed on half of my left-hand side of the vehicle. While still in the car wash bay, I found the attendant who phoned his manager, and the manager said no to offering an additional wash. Just also noticed other people experiencing the very poor quality of what used to be a great manage business. They will not be having our household supporting their business anymore, which is unfortunate because I prefer to do a local business versus chains. But this is what you get when you offer poor quality, service, and maintenance of your equipment.

A very decent facility. I ended up buying a $40 prepaid card that actually credited me with an additional $10 for a total of $50... which will ultimately be used. I can't recall if there's an expiry date on the card. Only thing I don't see here that's usually offered elsewhere is a rainbow colored foam that you'd apply after cleaning. Color coat???? I don't can't recall the actual name of this products. But it's a well run facility that's clean. Only weird thing is the the front counter isn't manned all the time. Only when someone approaches the counter and you have to wait for someone to come down from upstairs. That's weird. Why not man the front counter all the time? It seems better to be ready for a customer rather than a customer to have to wait...just not good customer service.

This place used to be excellent. It was my go-to car wash for years, which makes the current state even more disappointing. Whatever standards they once had have completely disappeared. For the first time, I used the touchless wash, and I mean that in the most literal way possible — it barely touched the dirt. My car came out looking like it had been lightly misted with regret. Calling this a “wash” is generous. It felt more like my vehicle briefly drove past a vague idea of soap. Before anyone jumps in with the usual “this isn’t our standard” response — I raised the issue on-site. The staff inside were aggressively useless: no initiative, no awareness, and no interest in helping once the wash clearly failed. They didn’t even pretend to care. I’ve seen more urgency and problem-solving ability in a rat committing to a dumpster dive. I also attempted to resolve this properly by contacting the manager multiple times afterward. Not once did I receive a response. No follow-up, no explanation, no accountability. So if the owner replies asking me to “reach out,” understand that I already did — repeatedly — and was ignored. Reading other recent reviews makes it clear this isn’t a one-off bad experience, it’s a pattern. If you remember this place being good, that version no longer exists. The touchless wash doesn’t clean, the staff doesn’t care, and management doesn’t respond. What used to be a go-to is now a never go to. Save your money and go somewhere that still believes a car wash should actually wash your car.

This place used to be my favourite and produced unbelievably good results from their touch less auto wash for about $15. I’ve been here twice now in the last 1-2 months and it has not yielded anywhere close to those results. I’ve attached photos from today’s wash. The drivers side was very clean but the back seemed entirely untouched, as was the right side but especially the rear. No point returning any more given these results.
