I had an amazing experience at this salon, they truly saved my hair from a complete disaster. I couldn’t have asked for more and I cannot thank them enough. My hair was severely knotted everywhere, and honestly there was almost no hope of saving it, but Bhumika worked her magic and managed to save my hair in just one day. After days of stress and no sleep, I can finally relax and sleep peacefully again. The care, patience, and skill they showed was incredible. A huge thank you to Sarah and Bhumika for taking such wonderful care of my hair and me. I’m beyond grateful and highly recommend this salon. Thank you again!

I have been going to Bhumika for 7 years now and I would 10/10 recommend her Salon! The services she and her staff provide are outstanding! I’ve never been able to get a brow tint and thread to the quality that I get from Bhumika’s salon. She is conveniently located by TRU, there’s lots of parking and her prices are affordable and comparable to other Salons. To top things off she just did a full renovation and the style is classy and fun just like her! Shes always friendly and very accommodating with appointments! Again, 10/10 recommend!!!

I went to this salon on a Thursday (3 oct) around 2 PM for a walk-in eyebrow waxing, and the owner herself did the service. It burned more than usual. A few hours later, I noticed a red burn mark on my eyelid that quickly worsened. When I called the next morning, I was told the owner wasn’t there but that someone would get back to me. When they finally did, the receptionist said, “Oh, we spoke to the lady who did your eyebrows, and she said you loved the shape.” Seriously? I have a burn scar on my eyelid, and they’re talking about the shape? Then they tried to say it might have been a “skin reaction,” which makes no sense — I’ve had waxing done many times before with zero issues. They told me to wait until Monday for a response. Later, I missed one call, called them right back, and was told again the owner wasn’t available. They asked me to come in, but since I’m out of town until the end of October, I couldn’t — and they assured me they’d call me back at a scheduled time. It’s now been over 20 days, and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. Maybe they would’ve done something if I could’ve gone in person, but the fact that they didn’t even bother to call me back clearly shows how careless and unprofessional they are. The scar is still visible, and at this point, I honestly don’t think they care at all. Please think twice before going here. Completely careless, unprofessional, and take zero accountability for their mistakes.

Bhumika staff are very skilled at what they do! They are always super friendly, very accommodating, reasonable in everything they do. I was very reluctant to get powder brows done because I am ultra sensitive to pain and it's always been really challenging for someone to do them on me. Also, I am SUPER picky about my brows. I just had them done today (pic attached) and they are literally exactly what I wanted! They were so patient with me and I cannot believe that it didn't hurt! She went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. SO appreciate that and I LOVE my brows already! (6 weeks until they're fully healed, of course).
