He truly honors the patient–therapist relationship through thoughtful communication and meaningful conversation, which makes every session feel safe and supportive. I went for my initial visit at the clinic yesterday, all the staff have been prompt with getting back to me, very good communicating, pleasant and professional. They have a parking lot, which makes getting there much easier. My therapist, Thunder, was also professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and spent time getting a history of my injuries and was very careful to access what my back/spine can handle after a recent major spine surgery. Highly recommend.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your clinic. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Param and unfortunately, due to an accident and heavy traffic, I arrived approximately 20 minutes late. I understand the importance of punctuality and sincerely regret the delay. However, I was hoping to briefly speak with Dr. Param to inform him of the situation and talk to him personally To my surprise, the front desk staff was extremely dismissive and refused to allow any communication with the doctor. Despite my repeated attempts to explain, I was interrupted and spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner. I felt disrespected and ignored, which was very upsetting—especially as a long-time patient whose entire family has been coming to Dr. Param for decades. While I understand that schedules can be tight, the complete lack of empathy, courtesy, and basic communication was disheartening. I had taken time off and traveled a considerable distance to attend the appointment, and the way I was treated made the experience even more frustrating. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure a more respectful and compassionate approach from the staff in the future. Patients deserve to be heard and treated with dignity, regardless of the situation.
