NO COINS!!! place is completely digital (which I completely disagree with) Went in there cause the other place was full, brought coins and to my surprise, place went completely digital, had to download an app and link my card in order to use a washer due to the payment terminal on the wall not accepting my card. Washers and dryers are expensive compared to other places and are super quick (14 mins) thanks to only 1 spin at the end, no spins in between rinses and the machines definitely do not use enough water, was on the 3rd rinse and machine was still producing soap suds. Took 2 full washes to clean my clothes. Not happy with the speed, no spins in between rinses and prices are high. Can see why this place was empty and the other place had a waiting line

Very overpriced and it always has been. If there’s an issue with a machine, the hotel staff won’t help and are often rude when you ask questions. Now they require payment through your phone, which assumes you have a smartphone with data available. On top of that, they require you to provide personal information just to use a washer or dryer. I don’t feel comfortable handing over my personal data just to do laundry. As a plus it's cleaner than it has been in the past Update: can't add more time to a drier. App just kicks you out saying it's in use.

Came to do laundry and two machines scammed me from 8.50$ by only putting 8.00$ into the machine and leaving 50 cents. I had to pay 8.75 on third machine to finally get it started. I wish it just had the correct pricing on the machines

I'm a local and had used this facility on rare occasions (once a year) and had been patient with the machines there. It's quite pricey for poor quality machines. I'm surprised that half of these machines still don't operate well for various reasons (etc. coins getting stuck, unable to refund the coins, no where to break down toonies into loonies or quarters, and some machines doesn't read the coins correctly (inserted $6 instead of $5 as directed on the machines)). To save my time and hassle and have things washed properly, I'll just use another laundromat and dry cleaners for what's worth.

Came to do just washing as my washing machine broke. Machines are fast (15 minutes) and $4 for a normal wash, spun well if not overloaded. They have detergent dispensers ($2) but I brought my own. Coin machine in the western budget lobby, I put in $20 got $18 in loonies and $2 in quarters. Only downside is it’s extremely hot, no airflow at all! Can’t speak for the dryers as I didnt use them but it’s $5 to run.
