Theresa is so knowledgeable and passionate, if the consultation was all I’d got I’d have been content. She listened to my history, understood things I thought nothing of and asked questions to answers I’ve never told anyone else about. I’d been living with pain and discomfort for many years and other therapy wasnt working, I thought maybe this pain and discomfort was normal… Theresa assured me it’s not and explained a symptom from anxiety I’d been struggling with for most of my life. Theresa is absolutely amazing. I started seeing her for Bowen therapy almost a year ago to help with body numbness due to Multiple Sclerosis. She helped me get through the first year of living with MS, and I’ll be forever grateful for her patience, kindness, and determination to help me find relief. Theresa at Best of Health has been fantastic! I was suffering from pain related to fibromyalgia so much that it was difficult to get out of bed some days. Theresa was compassionate and kind and treated my inflammation over a course of Bowen treatments. Now I go for periodic maintenance and am so much better it’s hard to believe! My pain is almost non existent and I have so much energy! Highly recommend!

Theresa and the Bowen treatment are amazing. Back pain gone! Cortisone injections gone! I feel fantastic. Theresa is so kind and caring. She truly wants you to feel 100%. She knows what it’s like to be in pain! She’s been there! I would highly recommend Theresa as well as the Bowen treatment.
