This past week was a mess. My bird was limping, my regular avian vet was on vacation and a different avian vet I saw earlier that week accidentally injured my bird while trying to run diagnostics. And then we discovered mould in the bird room. I was concerned about taking the bird back to the other vet clinic, so I started looking for other avian vets and as luck would have it, Dr. Barry was exactly the veterinarian I needed. She was kind, understanding and took the time to listen to my concerns and asked background questions instead of making assumptions. I'm happy to have found Best Friend's Animal Hospital and would not hesitate to come back. The staff was friendly and cheerful. Thank you for everything, Best Friend's Team. You live up to your name :)

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It's been forever since I felt heard from a vet. The kindness in this clinic from all the staff is the best you can ask for. It's not overwhelming with tons of people and pets making it very calming for my kitties. I cannot say enough about how great of a place this is.

My beardie is sick and the vet was absolutely caring and supportive of different options in regards to her treatment. We're not out of the woods yet but I appreciate everything they have done to try and help Raven so far 💜 I called over 15 different vets and this clinic was the one that squeezed me in to help with my girl. Highly recommend for your fur babies. I live in Fort sask so that says A LOT about the drive I'm willing to make.

I took in a kitten that had been attacked by a coyote and had some pretty bad injuries. The staff were very knowledgeable and compassionate. They made me feel comfortable leaving her there for the surgery and gave me great after care advise. Thanks to them this little kitten got a second lease on life

They are amazing. Ive had issues with vets in the past and every single time i had an emergancy (big or small) or a concern or question they always save the day. they are very respectful and kind. When my service dog got into some bad stuff yesterday they listened to my concerns and tried to keep me calm. they squeezed us in and fixed her up no nonsense. Its worth the 30-40 minute drive from edmonton to go to them every single time.
