Hot water tank cashed in late Monday afternoon. By 11 on Tuesday had hot water. Thank you - great job from a company we have used for years !

I can remember seeing the name Bertelson Plumbing around Vernon since the early 80's and I've never heard a negative comment about this fine company. Bertelson Plumbing just installed a new hot water tank for me and again I have only very good things to say about their staf, prices and professionalism. Thank you!

Always excellent service from this Family owned business! You people never disappoint! I called the office on Dec 31st & they were able to send Cody to our home by 9:30 am on Jan. 2nd! Our family, were all very impressed with Cody! He was so nice & he went way above & beyond to solve all our plumbing issues! Cody will def be our choice for the upcoming new hot water tank! I had issues with my toilette and my landlord called Cody in to do the job. He was very personable and I was comfortable with him in my home. He takes great pride in his workmanship and in the family's company. He went out if his way to explain the issues and communicated exactly what each step was to fix it. His proffesionalism and customer service were greatly appreciated. I would recommend Cody to anyone who is looking for an honest plumber who puts his customers first. Your Service man Rob was amazing. He responded to our call quickly. Resolved our issue right away and gave us a lesson on the workings and safety features of our equipment. We would recommend Bertelsen for any plumbing or heating needs you have.
