I was having problems with my lights working after Hyundai did some work on my car. Called Missy and told her what the problem was and she booked me in right away. The front office is always clean and inviting, and the staff are always super friendly. When I dropped off my car they made sure that I was able to get to work in time with their shuttle service and then picked me up at the end of the day. Couldn’t be happier with the Benchmark team.

I've tried numerous locations to have service done to company trucks as well as personal vehicles and this is the 8th place I tried when all the others have disappointed me one way or another. Many of those previous places can go *CENSORED* themselves and I truly mean that. But I have been pleasantly surprised by the the quality of work and the service. I had almost given up on this town for a decent shop till now. Gawd I hope they keep up this quality of service hahahaha Don't let me down, Benchmark! 🤣

I had a small job needing to be done. Strut shocks swapped over to new shocks. My experience with the company was awesome, nothing rude, nothing bad. I would definitely recommend Benchmark automotive for anyone needing mechanical work done.

Had an extremely disheartening experience with a business that at one time I thought was reputable. Made an appointment at Benchmark for my Volkswagen Jetta to have the windshield wiper transmission repaired, as well as have the check engine light looked at. I had told them that I already used a code reader on my car and saw multiple voltage related codes. I received a phone call the day of the appointment from Anika Marsolais who let me know they would be able to fix the wiper transmission, as well as they determined the check engine light was on due to multiple voltage related codes, which they have since cleared as they had no concerns after their inspection. I was quoted $1077 at this time. I received a subsequent phone call from Anika letting me know that a clip “nowhere near where the mechanic was working” had now broken causing a coolant line to leak. The reasoning provided was “they are guessing that it broke from old age”. This is going to increase my costs roughly 50% ($500) to now roughly $1600. I had requested to see the broken clip which was reviewed by myself and father who was a mechanic for 40+ years and it had no dirt in the crack or signs of disintegration as mentioned. I was provided with the attached photos which show the busted clip directly to the side of the battery where they would have been working as per detailing of the work that was done. After multiple phone calls, emails, and in person conversation, unfortunately the business took no accountability and no discount was provided. They told me the cost was roughly $100 less because they didn’t use all the antifreeze that they originally quoted, and thought that was a discount. “Ryan” had come out front and thought repeatedly cutting us off while we tried to articulate our concerns was appropriate customer service. At the end of the day I paid just under 1500 to have the check engine light cleared, the wiper transmission replaced, and repairs to issues that started while under the care and supervision of Benchmark Auto. When you bring your vehicle for repairs you want to be able to rely on the service and integrity of those you have entrusted to work on your vehicle. Unfortunately, this is not the case with Benchmark and I would advise all potential customers to bring their business elsewhere.
