Baines Roofing replaced my roof this summer. I found them to be very professional in their work and their deportment. They came and went the same day with job being completed.The cleanup was done very well. After they had gone I didn't find any debris in the yard. After the installation, pictures were taken of the new roof to show me what had been done. Overall I'm very happy with Baines Roofing and pleased with the work they did.

Absolutely terrible . They did not speak with me to disconnect my chimneys from the inside of the building they just ripped them all out and there was a build up of carbon monoxide inside the building that could have claimed someone’s life . They made a huge mess and only cleaned up on the last day of work instead of maintaining a clean work site daily. they left screws on the side walk and parking lot . When I talked to the owner he gave me nothing but attitude claiming his guys know what they are doing . Never hire this company they will cost you more than they are worth in the long haul.

Your website is not visually appealing. The layout feels outdated, the colors don’t complement each other, and the user experience could be much smoother. A modern, clean, and engaging design would make a huge difference in attracting visitors and keeping them interested. You might want to consider a revamp to improve usability, aesthetics, and overall functionality.

ZERO STARS!!! I just called in to get some information about the company, their reputation, how long they have been in business etc ... So that I could make a decision on whether or not I was comfortable doing business with them and the person I spoke to was incredibly rude. The receptionist transferred me to someone named Dwayne. He didn't like that I was asking any questions and actually hung up on me. I was shocked! Not a great strategy to earn someone's business ... Definitely a great strategy to piss someone off enough to write a review!

Owner was quick to return my initial contact, came within a week to check the job and provide a quote. When we decided to go ahead, the job was completed within a week. The sub-contractors cleaned up after themselves thoroughly and the owner checked several times to make sure that we were satisfied with the work.
