Honestly im not one to write a negative review, but when you charge $30 to paint a 2 year olds nails with 1 coat of nail polish and justify it as "three colors were used" you deserve the 1*. I will never go here again. A manicure costs $30. Absolutely absurd and what a price gouge. Not to mention most of the nail painting was done while on speaker phone with Telus and there wasn't a single other client in the salon.

My mom always came here for years and I have been coming on and off for years. I highly recommend the spa pedicure with Kaelin. I was almost asleep with the massage that she gave. She took her time and was very detailed with the whole pedicure. A very relaxing experience that was needed just in time for the hussle and bustle of Christmas.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got my nails done by Tom and he said "show me what you want, and I'll do exactly that." He did not, do anything close to what I asked for. I asked for a basic white and pink ombre with stiletto shape, and expressed that I like them thin. What I ended up with was so awful, I had to go to another salon that day and pay for another full set because they had to start fresh due to all the crooked nails. I pointed out several times that they were crooked, to which Tom told me it's just my fingers. Imagine that. In all my years I think I would have noticed if I had crooked oblong digits.... to make things worse, they were also misshapen, chunky, and ended up looking like trailer trash white flames. Absolutely not what I asked for. When I mentioned that when it came time to pay and reshowed him the photo, he said, oh, just come back and I'll fix them. I do not live anywhere close. And I was just in town visiting a friend who wanted to get her nails done, so it was very inconvenient for me to have to come back. During the time he was doing my nails, I also mentioned to him that I had a very important job interview to go to the next morning. So I was even more upset that now I had to go spend another two hours in another salon to get my nails fixed, or show up to this interview, looking like trash. I went back there today and asked for my money back and I was told that they do not give any refunds even though they do shoddy, awful work and that it's too bad. I've added photos of what I asked for versus what I got. Please, if you value your time money and want your nails to look nice. Do not go to this salon.

I went to get French tips this is what they gave me vs what I asked for my ring finger isn’t attached to the tip of my nail they are completely see-through and super think not at all what I asked for definitely do not recommend this place. The manager is also very not friendly and told me this is what nails are supposed to look like overall terrible place

Love my new natural looking nails! Wendy is awesome! While she worked her magic on my nails, she had several other ladies stop in to book with her as well. Very thorough, friendly and talkative! 😊
