First time at Bello Nails and I had such an amazing experience with Tracy! She did my nails for my wedding and I couldn’t be happier. Tracy was incredibly patient and so helpful in choosing the best design, shape, and color to match my skin tone and personal style. The result was absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted for my big day. I highly recommend Tracy !! book her if you want the perfect shape and style! I can’t thank her enough 🤍

Really disappointed by the service and quality of work. The shellac colour they used was bubbling and the guy applied so many coats the polish looks thick and awful. He also asked if I wanted them shortened, I said no please don’t shorten them just sharpen the tips into an elongated square shape….he then took off all the length my natural nail had and made my nail beds into squares instead of just sharpening the edges into an elongated square-ish tip. When I said this looks awful now because you took off all of my natural length, his response was “oh well you said you wanted a square shape.” At that point, it was irreversible. Then to top it all off the shellac colour being used was bubbling and he added so many coats trying to cover the bubbles that my nails look terrible and tacky. This place used to be great, I never had issues. Maybe this technician was inexperienced, but just overall horrible experience. You do your nails to unwind and enjoy the experience not to leave feeling terrible because you hate the way they look. Save your money.

I can't say enough amazing things for the quality of service at Bello's! Under Miss Jenny's management, the salon is thriving. I have been blown away by their above and beyond approach to customer service and most importantly how long my mani and pedis last - 2 weeks later and still flawless. Hands down the best nail salon in the Lower Mainland.

Everyone here is so friendly and easy to talk to. They always make you feel welcome and cared for. I’ve been getting my nails done here for over 3 years and I will absolutely continue to go here. I moved out of the city but I still make the commute because they’re worth it. I recommend this place

I went to Bello's to get my nails done for my birthday, I sent a picture of which set I wanted over a week before. When I came in for my appointment, the employees were rude and brushed me off a lot; at first, I tried to ignore it because I didn't want it to ruin my day, but when I saw what they did to my nails, my day was 100% ruined. Furthermore, it is difficult for me to afford the expensive services at Bello's because I am a student, I was expecting to have exceptional nails. At first, the lady doing my nails ignored me whenever I attempted to engage in any conversation with her or even when I complimented her. When she began shaping my nails, she did a rounded shape, even though I asked for a coffin/ballerina shape. So, she had to make my acrylics even shorter, against my wishes. The lady refused to redo them. When I asked her to since the length was way too short for my preference. Moreover, when she filed my nails, she cut me numerous times, leaving my fingers and nails sore for the next few days. The nails were bumpy, lumpy, uneven, you name it! The lady was careless about her work and my well-being, It was genuinely awful. I tried not to cry when walking out of their business due to the pure disbelief and disgust of what they did to my nails. After this experience, I will not be returning and do not recommend anyone to ever go there; you will only be disappointed with a dent in your bank account. Despite my faith in their business being non-existent, I still tried to call the receptionist to ask for a redo. Unfortunately, instead of being understanding and sorry for the terrible service I had received, she attempted to manipulate me into thinking that my nails were somehow wonderful and that I was simply delirious. Bello's Nail Studio is filled with no one except terrible nail technicians and a receptionist with an ego higher than my hopes for the business when I first entered.
