An honest review after 2 months at Befit 💪🏻 After being away from exercise for almost five years, I finally decided it was time to get back into training. After a lot of searching, I came across Befit—and choosing this gym turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. I’ve always wanted to restart my fitness journey under the guidance of professional trainers, with a structured and well-designed program. I truly dislike going to a gym without a plan, dealing with dozens of machines, and feeling lost. Befit completely eliminates that experience. If you’re someone who, like me, is looking for a professional, organized, and effective workout routine focused on long-term health, Befit is absolutely the right choice. A big thank you to Josh for managing the gym so professionally and bringing such innovation into the space. And huge appreciation to Rachel, Spencer, and all the personal trainers—you are amazing. Thank you for being fully present from the beginning of each session to the end, and for constantly correcting and improving our form with care and attention.

i recently started going to befit and i highly recommend!! have been blown away by how welcoming the environment and trainers have been!! i was nervous because i haven’t experienced a group environment type of training. but it has been so motivating and actually fun to workout!! being alongside people with similar goals and motivation, helps me stay disciplined and excited to come back!! there are 2 different sides to the gym/ styles of working out which keeps things new and exciting getting to learn new ways of training every time i come! i will totally be signing up after my trial!!! very excited to continue working out here with this community!!

Josh and Co. have created a positive fitness community! When you walk in there is a structured program that can be completed in under an hour. No wasted time wandering around figuring out what to do. Even after over five years they find new muscle groups for me to challenge. This place seems to attract positive people who can become great, "Work Out Buddies" that will keep you coming back! Well done!

I use to go to Befit since 2018 and then from Covid time I use to get workout schedule and do my workout from home until yesterday. I missed the group energy and supervision my the trainer. They always watch what you are doing and correct you. If they see if it’s easy for you or hard for you, they ask you to change it to prevent injuries. All trainers are very well educated and know how much you can handle. I simply enjoy Befit and trust it! You definitely see results if you are consistence!
