The lady is absolutely ridiculous, she says she has 26 years of experience, tbh I can cut my hair better than her-all her experience is a lie and she does not care about the customers. She is a grumpy and an arrogant woman, who just cuts hair in any direction, in any way. No professionalism, no work ethic and she does not even know how to cut hair. She only knows how to treat the customers badly. At the end she asked me that I should come to her for getting microneedling done, like lol. I made a mistake to get a haircut from her, I would never trust her with my skin. DONT GO THERE UNTIL UNLESS THAT LADY IS REMOVED FROM HER JOB WHICH SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO OR ELSE YOUR HAIR WILL BE RUINED.

I got my perm done almost 2 months ago. I didn’t like it at first, but with the right technique I learned how to manage it, and now I actually really like it. She did a really good job!

I had a very disappointing experience. The lady did my eyebrows with no interest and left them in a ridiculous shape, without removing the extra hair. When I pointed it out, she said she left it intentionally because that’s what they do before tinting. I decided to trust the process, but the tint application was done very poorly. there was no effort to shape or define my brows. The result was terrible: one brow had uneven tint, and the other was missing tint in the same area. It looked completely unbalanced. I honestly don’t understand how they can charge for a service that wasn’t even done properly or professionally. My advice avoid them at any cost. Thank you! Thank you for responding, but your explanation doesn’t address the problem. I understand that tint is meant for brow hairs, not the skin, but in my case, the tint was applied far above my natural brow line where I don’t even have hair. That left a dark stain on my skin, which only made my brows look worse. Also, my brows were not cleaned or shaped properly before tinting. A professional service should first remove the extra hairs and then apply tint neatly to define the brows. Instead, one brow ended up with uneven tint, and the other had missing patches. The result was completely unbalanced, which is why I’m so disappointed. This isn’t about “how much hair I have,” but about how carelessly the tint was applied. I trusted the process, but the lack of effort and precision shows poor service.

Got my nails done recently from Jasleen, she did a great job! She is very friendly and professional at what she does. Will definitely recommend!
