Beauty Spot Lash Bar & Spa

I unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience here and I am honestly struggling writing this but feel as though I should to prevent it happening to anyone else. I’ve had my lashes done in past at other salons and decided to get them done at the lash bar in November. My last fill in December, I told “A” during the service that my eye was half open because she taped my eyelid too high. She didn’t correct it but I didn’t enjoy my service as I was terrified that she would either nick my eyeball with her tweezers, glue would fall in my eye or I would have a chemical reaction. I decided to never go back after that. Flash forward to all the lashes falling out which is obviously expected but what was not expected was that I have NO natural lashes anymore. They are all gone. I tried to put mascara on this morning but realized quickly that I had nothing to adhere it to making it devastating. I had nice natural lashes before and they are all gone. I will NEVER recommend this Lash bar to anyone, I’m a supporter of small businesses but some serious training needs to be done in this salon. Everything I experienced is not normal and needs to be investigated by the owner.

Hot stone massage by Kara is 10/10. It's a relaxation massage but her pressure is the perfect mix of gently working out knots and turning your muscles to goo. Being an introvert, I also love that she doesn't try to talk your ear off. I go as often as I can afford!!
