I got a keratin treatment from Farnaz yesterday and I’m so happy with the results! She was very friendly, professional, and on time. My hair is soft, smooth, and perfectly straight without being overly shiny — exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend her!

The best salon in Vancouver. All the staff are super lovely and caring. Samaneh and Farnaz are super sweet and they take such good care of you. They are very professional and so skilled at what they do.

I went for eyebrows and gel nails. Farnaz was rude and dismissive, once refusing to turn off an overheated bed (they have these beds with heaters which was totally unnecessary for me). Booking with Samaneh is extremely confusing and stressful. No matter how you try to schedule she always finds something to complain about. It feels impossible to have a smooth, stress-free appointment. Overall, the salon is unprofessional, disrespectful, and dealing with it is exhausting. Definitely not worth it for your mental health.
