Today I had my first facial at Beautiful U by Diana. Diana assessed my skin and decided on the best treatment plan for me. She was professional and knowledgeable about the products being used and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. My face was glowing and very clean afterwards (what I was looking for, as I encounter a lot of pollutants throughout the day). I am a nurse and occasionally have to wear a mask which leaves my skin in a total disaster of redness, pimples, etc. I now want to try other treatments they offer. I will definitely be back and booking with Diana!

I had such an amazing facial experience with Diana. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming. She created such a relaxing environment while also taking the time to educate me about proper skincare and ways I can improve my routine. Diana is very personable and soft-spoken, which made the entire experience feel calm and comfortable. I left feeling refreshed, informed, and genuinely cared for. Overall a 10/10 experience — I will absolutely be going back and rebooking with her for sure!

The ladies who work here are lovely. They are welcoming and warm. Had a service and the service itself was good for the value, I'm happy with the results, but due to the nature of the procedure I would've appreciated little to no chatting, she was talking the whole time with alot of upselling for other procedures which I felt I had stated very clearly, I was not interested. No offense but we just met and I genuinely just wanted to relax and enjoy my treatment rather than know your life story..... i tried to gently decline conversation but truthfully I find it awkward and challenging and would've preferred to not be put in that position when I'm paying to relax haha! The environment is okay but unfortunately there is a rather pungent smell that greets you upon entry and follows you during your entire appointment. The business is located in an older character home down and it smells that way unfortunately. Almost like damp, dank, musty. Not the most pleasant smell when one is going to receive expensive, pampering treatments. Because of that, I am not sure if i would book again.
