Had a great pedicure experience here! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so relaxing and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel pampered and comfortable. Massage was amazing, my feet feel rejuvenated, and my nails look fantastic. I highly recommend!

This nail salon is the best one I’ve ever been to. I almost want to gate-keep my girl here because she is an absolute artist and the best ever and I will go to her forever! Lynn will happily give me whatever Pinterest idea I throw at her. She is PHENOMENAL!! I needed to remove my stiletto talons for a week of work in the food industry and she gave me the cutest little strawberries. I LOVE this place. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👍🏻👍🏻 Pedicures are also absolutely on point.

I wish I didn’t even have to give a one star. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I decided to take my best friend out on a girls afternoon to get our nails done (needed to clear our minds). We decided to try Beautiful Nails out, seeing im new to Kelowna I wasn’t sure what to expect. When we got there, we asked for pricing and if they had time to do 2 sets of nails. They said sure. We had already picked out a design and showed the girl and she said they could do them. The girl that did my friends names was horrible. She put on black gel powder than decided to put black nail polish on it. It started to bubble. So the girl peeled off the polish. Than tried to spray the color on it. Ended up bubbling. Other girl took over once she finished my nails which were horrible. My friends nails were absolutely horrible even after the second person took over. We literally was there for 3 hours which is absolutely bs. My friend has some things going on so I’ve been doing most of things for her. Not even 24 hrs later my nails started chipping the paint. Than hers has a big chunk out of it. I called as I’m not happy at all with this as I paid $170 for 2 sets. The lady was absolutely rude. She wouldn’t take ownership of the problem. I told her I want my money back as we r not happy with the nails as they are chipping and shouldn’t be. She started yelling at me, starting to swear, told me they won’t do nothing and no refunds allowed. She hung up on me as well. When I called back they refused to answer my call. Now today, not even a week getting them done my friends one nail literally broke trying to open a coffee creamer (she yet is not doing anything major). I’m am not happy at all. This is my 1st time using them and my last time. I just wasted money cuz now I have to go elsewhere to get it fixed. They won’t stand up to their work. I’m absolutely mad with it.
