I love going here! I have been going here for years to get a pedicure and gel French nail polish on my toes. The staff are friendly and courteous. And the prices are better than any other nail salon. I find that the French gel toe nail polish lasts me at least 2 to 2 1.2 months. I went to the other salon in the other mall once to check them out and was not happy. They pressured me into getting more done than I wanted to or had time for when I repeatedly said “No” Never going to that one at the South Hill Mall again.

If i could give -5 stars i would, my nails are so ugly!!! Blotchy job nails are uneven i asked for coffin shaped & got boxed looking squared nails and air bubbles, had the dried powder all over my skin too. So disappointed even the colour is different than what u wanted & he said it was the right colour i wanted burgundy but some how got dark purple.

Shaping nails were not at its best, they were uneven if you guys know how a proper nail looks after gel has been applied and then look at the picture it was straight not shaped as nail at all. Also they never push the cuticle or cut them, they just put the gel on top of cuticle which is really uncomfortable for my nail now(as shown in picture) I wanted vanilla chrome nails and I paid $60+ for this, I’m very disappointed and will never recommend it!!!
