I cannot say enough amazing things about Sarah at Beautico. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She answered my call on her day off, took the time to really listen to my concerns, and made sure to get me in the same week for a toner and extension installation which meant so much to me. Sarah is incredibly kind, honest, and professional, and she genuinely knows how to work within your budget without ever making you feel pressured. From the moment you sit in her chair, she makes you feel comfortable like you’ve known her for decades. Her skill level is outstanding. My extensions were perfectly color-matched, blended seamlessly, and finished so beautifully. She pays attention to every detail and clearly takes pride in her work. She is truly amazing at what she does, and I won’t be going anywhere else for my hair extensions. If you’re looking for someone you can trust who delivers incredible results every single time! Ommmgggg!!! This was my very first time getting extensions done and let me tell you that Sarah did not disappoint. She was very professional and with such a warm personality. Right of the bat I felt a connection with her. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend her services. Also the colour matches my hair colour so well and my hair is also naturally wavy so I’m glad Sarah picked extensions that also have a bit wave. Thank you Sarah for boosting my confidence ❤️🙏🏻

Sarah is the best of the best when it comes to hair extensions! She’s also an amazing person with a beautiful soul who loves to help other women and gives back 🩷 I’ve been going to see Sarah now for just over a year. Starting with long black extensions then in June she took me from black boxed dye to blonde in two sessions! I highly recommend Sarah she’s become almost like family she does my little sister’s hair as well! Sarah is so humble and doesn’t care about money. She has done my hair without me being able to pay her all at once many times! and has let me make payment plans where i’ve paid her back 1-2 month later! I also know that Sarah has given away free extensions and sessions at a few treatment centre’s in Surrey. (the manager at one of them recommended her to me) When Sarah spoke to me about the giveaways and helping women in treatment by adding to their confidence during such a transitional period in their life, her eyes lit up! You can tell shes genuine and truly is a gem! I’m happy to say Sarah is my hair extension expert/stylist!

I had such a wonderful experience with Sarah at her shop. I came in for a consultation, and even though she had a prior commitment, she still made the time to take care of me. That alone speaks volumes about her professionalism and kindness. Not only is she incredibly skilled at what she does, but she’s also an absolute delight to be around.....warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely. I am so grateful I found her, and I am excited to keep coming back. Highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for exceptional quality work and a beautiful human being behind it. 🌟

I have been going to Sarah for Nano Extensions and hair fibres for going on 3 years now! She has recently added a service that is to die for! The Japanese Head Spa Treatments! I tried it out with the Root Refresh package and my scalp has never felt better! As someone with Alopecia, hair care is one of the most important things to me and not only has Sarah been a literal magician with my hair but she’s always been so careful and attentive to my condition. She really goes the extra mile! The head spa treatment is a perfect addition for me and it will be for you too!! The Head Spa Treatment also has the most relaxing vibe ever 😍 You would never even know that I am losing my hair because she’s done such a fantastic job with my hair! Like honestly you would have absolutely no idea that I’ve lost nearly half of my hair compared to what I had even just 10 years ago (used to be a thick haired baddie naturally) She also has the best quality hair for extensions, I have had the same bundles in my hair for going on 3 years ! That’s so unheard of for most extensions, my friends usually get new bundles every year to year and a half (depending on how much heat and styling they do to the extensions) but I’ve single handedly proved that with extra care you can make them last longer with Sarah’s high end hair!! PLEASE do yourself a favour and book in with Sarah for a Japanese Head Spa Treatment! And get some extensions while you’re at it!!
