I had really hoped not to write this review… because when you find something this good, your first instinct is to gatekeep it like it’s a secret family recipe. BUT. Women supporting women, karma, etc., so here we are. Jordana and her crew were beyond amazing. For context: I have absolutely no vision when it comes to hair or makeup. Not because I don’t care—because I genuinely do not know what exists in the world anymore. At some point, the situation reached “okay, we need professional help,” and when I finally reached out, Jordana didn’t laugh at the state I’d become (a true act of kindness). She was warm, welcoming, and immediately made me feel comfortable. I had both my hair and makeup done by her, and I was blown away. She walked me through every step, explained things in a way my beginner brain could understand, and answered my very naïve questions with total grace and zero judgment. The result? Way beyond anything I could have imagined for myself. After years of postpartum life and full-time motherhood, I looked in the mirror and thought, “Oh wow. I’m a human again.” If you’re on the fence about this salon, consider this your official sign to book the appointment. Trust me—you (and your reflection) will thank you

I normally don't leave reviews anywhere, but I've been coming here for a few years and I have never been happier with my hair. Every stylist I've seen has been so welcoming! Jordana is so kind and very skilled, especially with my short, choppy layers and undercut!

I would like to leave a better review, but unfortunately I had a few negative experiences with this salon. First, they requested pre-payment over the phone in advance of booking a routine appt. Second, when I was able to get a appt my hair colour was lifted several shades lighter than we agreed to, not toned, and was very damaged from the extreme color processing. I was charged the full amount despite the yellow color and damage. The stylist apologized and offered a free conditioning treatment as part of my next service. Third, when I returned for the next service (a root touch up) there was no complimentary conditioning treatment, and there was several inches of hair loss from severe breakage following the roots. Again I was charged the full amount and the stylist apologized. I ended up having to go to a different salon to get my hair colour corrected. Fourth, I reached out to the Beard and Bardot salon owner a few weeks later to share my experience, concern about the significant hair loss/breakage. She said the stylist no longer worked there and had “burned many people”. I asked the owner to consider a partial refund she offered the free conditioning treatment as an ad on to my next service. When I was honest and told her I can’t risk more negative experiences and hair loss, hence I won’t be coming back for more services, she abruptly left the conversation and has not responded to other messages left.

Jas did an incredible job on my brow shape and tint! I’m honestly so impressed with how clean, even, and perfectly defined my brows look. The tint is the ideal color—natural but still gives that polished look I was hoping for. She’s professional, welcoming, and really knows how to bring out the best in your brows. I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted by Jas, and I am absolutely in love with the results! She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me the perfect shape that suits my face so beautifully. The tint is the perfect shade and makes my brows look full and natural. Jas is so gentle, talented, and pays amazing attention to detail.
