I had a great experience at Bear Creek Dental in Grande Prairie. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole visit very comfortable. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout the appointment. The clinic is clean, organized, and well run. I always have a great experience at this clinic. The team is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They take the time to explain procedures and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your appointment, which is helpful with young kids who have some anxiety about the dentist. The clinic is very clean and well organized, and the staff genuinely care about their patients.

I’ve always been anxious at the dentist and embarrassed with diabetes-related dental issues, but this place has changed everything! The entire staff is so kind and relatable, they never make me feel judged and always in cheery moods! I was especially relieved when the dentist offered me a few ways to be put out or use laughing gas for my fillings and wisdom teeth removal. Knowing they had multiple options to keep me comfortable made my fear disappear! I’m finally not scared of the dentists anymore!🥳😂

I have been a patient here for nearly 20 years and they have overseen all my dental and orthodontics procedures. Being in trusted, caring and compassionate hands has been so valuable to me that I’m willing to travel 67km to stay committed to this clinic. After my cleaning today I feel satisfied and not pressured into any unnecessary treatment. Staff is always friendly and so flexible in their schedule

I have brought my family to Bear Creek Dental since my daughter was a baby, and we always trusted their care. Unfortunately, things have changed a lot, and our last experience was very disappointing. My daughter, who has a history of dental anxiety, had a 30-minute appointment for a cavity. Instead of patience and compassion, two adults were rushing her to accept something she wasn’t ready for. The treatment didn’t work, and even though I offered to pay for the time, they refused. Afterward, the assistant approached me and said that if no other dentist accepted my daughter, the only solution would be to put her to sleep — which would be very expensive. I made it clear that I did not agree with that, and that my daughter’s emotional well-being comes first. The day before the appointment, the clinic administration called me with a rushed and impatient tone. There was no empathy or positive communication, and I was told my daughter might need to fly to Edmonton for treatment — again, without compassion or collaboration. After years of trusting this clinic, I’m very sad to say that the quality of care, communication, and empathy have gone down a lot. I do not recommend Bear Creek Dental Clinic for children, especially those who are anxious or sensitive. Families deserve patience, kindness, and understanding — not pressure or fear. I used to recommend them my service, not anymore
