I would highly recommend seeing Marie-Josee for her experience, her knowledge, and her amazing calming demeanor. She has really helped me understand and be mindful of how my body works. I think this is extremely important to our health especially when suffering from pelvic problems. Everything is explained, there is constant communication and you only do what you are comfortable with. Thank you Marie-Josee for all of your help.

I have seen Marie-Josée for pelvic floor physiotherapy. She is professional, respectful and uses a trauma informed approach to care. She explained what was going on, what the plan was and gave me exercises to do at home. She also uses an ultrasound to see your muscles as part of the initial assessment which is neat to see. I highly recommend seeing MJ for your pelvic floor needs as she makes you feel safe and comfortable.

I recently started seeing Marie-Josee for pelvic pain. We've worked through techniques and exercises that I take-home, all which have been incredibly helpful. I greatly appreciate and am put at ease by her approachable yet professional demeanor. I learn so much each visit. Thank you Marie-Josee!
