I had my first ever service appointment with BCAA in January. The washer fluid signal of my car immediately got on after the service although the service report stated that the washer fluid is ok. I reported it and they told me the sensor needed to be replaced. After one month of waiting without any update, I went back in to check and got a call the following day, telling me that the whole washer fluid reservoir arrived and the cost is over $500… I just regret having my car serviced here.

Our 2003 car was towed last Monday from our home because we barely use it, so the battery drains quickly and we always end up needing to jump it. The person who came to tow it was very pleasant and courteous, with great communication. Some of the customer service staff who phoned my husband to let him know the car was ready weren’t very friendly and clear, but as long as they get the job done for us, it’s alright. On the day we had to pick it up, we took an Uber and were running a few minutes behind, which was stressful because they were about to close, and my husband had a hospital appointment the next day, making it really hard to pick the car up on another date. We called, and Cameron, I’m not sure if he’s the branch manager or the owner was absolutely exceptional. He waited for us and was kind, patient, and respectful. Our car is old, but it has fulfilled its purpose, and BCAA did the oil change, replaced the headlights, installed a new battery, and even cleaned it. The prices were reasonable and included a warranty. Amazing service.

We recently had our car engine seize and it had to be towed in before the shop opened. Luckily we had Cameron handling our situation and he was incredibly patient and kind during this whole stressful situation. Cameron kept us up to date on what was happening along the way and even though the end result was that our car was not really salvagable, he took the time to help us finalize the paperwork and explained the process to us. Cameron truly went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service during a very hectic time.

We were happy with our first experience here and it was worth the wait as it took a bit to get an appointment as they are so booked. We booked for an oil change they were so thorough when going over everything after our appointment they didn't try and sell us anything. We felt well taken care of and the price was right. My only issue was they re-booked our appointment once due to scheduling conflict and then a second time right before our appointment of 1 hour which wasn't a huge deal as we got to sleep in but had I not looked at my emails as no one called we would of had no clue. But we will be back and I recommend taking your car here!

I had to get a membership with BCAA the other day as I had some issues with my vehicle and didn’t want to risk another $90 for a jump start. As I already knew they provide insurance services I felt it would be a better option to deal with them because they have a very good reputation as a company. My agent was the same woman who served me for acquiring the membership so we already had a good communication level and I was finished ✅ with my renewal in 10 minutes. Highly recommended
