Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Drove 20 minutes with my 2 pets and was told my appointment was the next weekend. I was refused service I am certain today was my appointment as I didn't even want to wait 2 weeks never mind 3 I was trying to get in on the first Saturday and the lady said the best she could do was in 2 weeks. Very pissed I waited that long and refused service with my 2 pets in the clinic

We have been clients of this clinic since it opened. Special mention to Dr. Margaret Henderson, Dr. Brandon Chan, the Vet Techs and front office staff, for their good care of our fur babies, and us. They showed compassion and respect when we recently had to euthanize our beloved 6 year old golden retriever, due to cancer. We were devastated by her rapid decline, and appreciated the supportive environment and the way they handled the process. Gracie is now running free.

Dr. Chan and the rest of the team at BC Animal Hospital demonstrated the utmost care for our old Labrador, and I appreciate the focus on quality of life over extensive surgeries and medications, as well as prevention over treatment. Dr. Chan made exceptions for us in our most dire hour and helped our dog pass peacefully. I'll forever be grateful for that.

Dr. Chan and his team take such great care of their patients. Both our dogs Apollo & Khali had been his patients since their birth. He is especially experienced and knowledgeable with French bulldogs who are notorious for their potential health issues. He takes his time to explain things thoroughly and to give all the options before deciding the best course of treatment at each appointment. Thank you, Dr. Chan!
