I had a pleasant experience at Bayside Gym on Quadra Island! For just 10 CAD as a drop-in guest, you get access to a well-equipped and modern fitness studio. Modern, Well-Maintained Equipment: Most machines are from quality manufacturers like Rogue, PowerBody etc. and are in excellent condition, making workouts enjoyable and safe. There’s an impressive selection of free weights and classic strength machines, so every training style is covered. Upstairs, there’s a dedicated space for yoga and stretching—perfect for warming up or relaxing after your session. The entire gym is spotless and very well maintained, which adds to the positive picture. Signing up online is quick and uncomplicated, and you can access the gym easily using your phone—super convenient for visitors and locals alike. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming.

Great gym on Quadra! Hung out in the upstairs freeweight area and did some cardio for cool down. Amazing facility, clean, odour free, simple self serve scan in system, and well ventilated. The only thing it’s missing is a stair master but has literally everything else you need in a gym! 10/10 recommend!

Super clean gym, brand new equipment, can sign up with just your phone and it's 24/7 what more could you ask for!! Also owner is super nice/helpful got double charged and was already in the process of refunding me before I got the chance to talk to him about it. Highly recommend 👌🏼

A new & great gym! Love the equipment. Who has a GHD, these guys do. We were lucky & got to meet one of the owners Gunnar. My sister & I will visit whenever we’re on Quadra.
