I have dealt with Klint at Bavarian motors for over 10 years now and he and his team have always provided excellent service. They have serviced my BMW 540i, Genesis V8 Rspec,. VW Tiguan, Audi Q5, and Audi S7 Quattro. They are honest - reasonably priced and very professional. If you have a high end import I would definitely recommend them. Roland Uphoff

I called to make an appointment and ask a question and the man I spoke to was super rude and unclear to my questions and when the appointment was , it made me not even want to bring in my vehicle because of how rude he was. A good attitude goes a long way and they lost a costumer just over the phone.

Buyer beware! This shop put my life in danger! I brought my car in twice, regarding noises coming from the front end, after I paid 1500.00 to have my suspension repaired. I told the manager, Clint, that I was bound for a long road trip and needed my suspension to be safe. After his staff checked the car (post repair), Clint suggested I ride it out and "let the problem develop". After having two other shops check my front end, it was confirmed that the repairs done at Bavaria were "piece meal and faulty" and that my suspension was dangerous if left unfixed. The noises the car was making was evident of that, but what does a woman know.....................right? I strongly suggest going elsewhere or at the very least get a second opinion. Clint's style of running the shop is shockingly behind the times and he enjoys thinking he can manipulate his clients to bank maximum hours for the shop and skimp on proper parts. BEWARE. I never leave bad reviews. I don't have time to waste, however, this is serious and you as a potential client NEED TO KNOW THIS SHOP IS DANGEROUS. I do not even want to tell you about the way he talks to and treats his staff. No wonder he has employee retention issues.

Shout out to Clint and team at Bavarian Imports. Brought my Mini Cooper in and even without an appointment, I was able to leave my car there while they fit me in when they could. Unfortunately, it was determined that my car was not drivable and they strongly advised me not to drive it due to safety reasons. It took me a few days to figure out what I was going to do with it (ending up donating it to the kidney foundation) they let me keep it there until it was picked up. After all that, they had no bill or costs for me to cover either their services or the storage fee! They are amazing and although I was so sad about my car, I was so relieved they are so kind to me about the situation. I will always take my vehicles to them for service! Highly recommended.

Hard to believe but I have been dealing with Clint and the boys at Bavarian import auto repair for over twenty two years ! Now my sons bring their own cars to him for any service that their vehicles need. The service is exemplary ! You honestly can’t find a more fair honest and trustworthy mechanics around. He also always stands behind any of his work performed and makes sure it’s 100 % . I can’t say enough about them and will always go to and recommend them to anyone that needs their import vehicle serviced . Thanks again for your outstanding service over the years and if I could give you more than five stars I most certainly would !
