I had another wonderful experience with Eryn. Back massage followed by gua sha. I suffer from insomnia and have noticed that after my gua sha sessions, I have a very good sleep. My skin feels smooth and hydrated. Eryn goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I am so pleased that I found this spa. I am already looking forward to my next session with add on aromatherapy. The prices are affordable. The lady at the front desk is also very polite, pleasant and makes me feel welcomed. Very accommodating. Thank you. ❤️ Nov 29/ 2025 I 100% enjoyed my Awaken package today. This is my first session and I am feeling so relaxed. My skin feels wonderful. I highly recommend this full body exfoliation treatment. Eryn did a wonderful job as always. I felt so comfortable throughout the entire session. I'm definitely looking forward to the next one. Feb 25/2026 Today is my 2nd SQT treatment with Jeslynne. It is not painful at all. I actually find it quite relaxing. My skin feels so hydrated and I notice a huge difference a week after treatment. Jeslynne is always making sure that I am comfortable and always explaining in detail what the next step is. She is very gentle. The wellness centre is super clean and that is a huge plus for me.

My experience at SQT at Bauhinia Wellness was very relaxing. Jeslynne was excellent—she explained the procedure clearly and thoroughly beforehand. She first performed a test area and then proceeded with the full face treatment. Throughout the process, she frequently checked in to ensure I was comfortable. The treatment was not painful; it felt more like fine sand being gently rubbed on the skin. I did notice a slight improvement immediately afterward, although I was informed that more visible results typically appear after at least a week. She also kindly offered hot ginger tea afterward, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, she provided outstanding care. I will return and provide an updated review after one week with before and after pics.

I have been receiving the SQT treatment with Jeslynne and I can say that it is really working! I'm on my 3rd session and I can see my hyperpigmentation is clearing. Jeslynne is also a very soft spoken lady, knowledgeable, and she will tell you directly if the treatment is good for you or not. The most that I like was no selling of products after your treatment unless it is necessary for your treatment like the recovery solution. I'm very happy that I accidentally stumbled upon their clinic when searching on the web :)

I highly recommend the SQT treatment as an antiaging treatment journey. After treatment, my skin feels amazing! This spa I discovered when I truly needed the kind of care and relaxation one needs as an immigrant in a foreign country after childbirth with no family support… So yes, this spa was a blessing…. Then fast forward, I got pregnant again and discontinued my sessions…. After my second baby I was back there, around 6-7 months after I stopped breastfeeding… and had a bitter experience with a technician who made the whole experience very negative right from the moment our eyes met… I must mention, I had a session with her previously and it was good, we shared about personal details about motherhood, our kids etc. that her kids were all grown up while I was just in the initial stages…. It all was good… Now the next time when I was there for the spa treatments, her energy was anything but benevolent. She started the treatment with a restless energy, quite the opposite of the calming experience that I was paying for heavily, and she told take three deep breaths holding this essential oil under my nose, and even before I could finish one deep breath, she took off massaging…. And now she was doing it all with a very unsettling energy which made me more tensed than relaxed. I mentioned her to go slow with more pressure but nothing much changed. I felt it was not going to be a good experience for me if I went on with it and so to follow the rules of the center, I told her to stop the treatment before we moved forward to a timeline from where I would not be eligible for a refund. So I did. And what followed was not a very pleasant experience. I was refunded. The lady at the reception who I am not sure if is also the owner or not, came to ask me what was wrong. I told her I am not going to complain anything against the technician but just that she was not a good match and I needed more pressure. I don’t prefer complaining against people where it might affect their professional career. Anyway, the lady recommended me RMT, so far so good, and then she added that I am never satisfied with any of her other technicians! Whereas I was always leaving $20-$30 tips to every technician I was with before and mostly told her that I had a good experience there! Anyway, I don’t like extending bad experiences with arguments and usually prefer to leave the place if possible without more nonsense, especially with an infant waiting for me at home. So I left, never went back. This was over a year ago, and I don’t know the name of the technician nor would I use her name even if I did. I am writing this review today just to make the owner aware of how clients going to the spa might have bad experiences there which is preventable. I wish the spa my best and hope they continue to help more people like they helped me once when I really needed it.
