I've been lifting for 25 years. This was the best exercise facility I've ever been to. It had all the best equipment for serious lifters as well as starters. Also extremely polite staff and an impeccably clean air condioned facility. I highly recommend this health club.

Great place to workout! Staff are very friendly, keep the place clean, helpful, and will say hi and bye respectively when going to the gym. Machines and weights are well maintained, and new ones are added when needed. Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone

Clean club with a decent selection of machines and free weights. Lots of cardio machines (though half are unused as a result of present COVID restrictions). Would be nice to have some more free weights and dumbbells as well as a dedicated change room.
