Baseline Collision is a great place to get your vehicle collision repair. Jasmine at reception was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Mark gave an accurate estimate for the repairs and even offered an alternative. They even arranged the rental vehicle for us so it was as stress free repair done in the time promised. I must say it was a beautiful job done at a good price. Thanks to Jasmine, Mark and other staff for a job well done.

This is the second time I’ve had paint work done by Baseline Collision. The first time, the quality was excellent and I was very impressed. However, this time I noticed some spray marks on the bumper, which was concerning. I reached out to Mark and shared my concerns. To his credit, Mark responded right away, offered to redo the paint job at his own expense, and even arranged a rental car for me at no cost. That level of customer service is rare these days. The new paint job looks perfect—exactly what I was hoping for. Truly appreciate the professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Mark and his team are fantastic. While my vehicle was being repaired, they kept me apprised of any updates or developments along the way. Once repair was complete and I had taken the vehicle home for a week, I noticed a lingering issue with my rear door, and I wasn't sure of the cause, nor did I know if Baseline would be able to solve it. They took the time to understand my point of view of the issue during diagnosis. There is no person that knows the "feel" of their own vehicle than the owner who drives it. Baseline understood that, and tried their best to replicate the issue I was facing. A part was ordered, and after a short wait for the install, the issue went away. Very friendly staff and easy to deal with. Thanks again.
