I had such a wonderful experience yesterday. I arrived in extreme pain, and from the very first moment I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Doctor Cole and his staff are incredibly kind, human, and friendly. Even with a very full schedule, Doctor Cole still made time to see me for an emergency appointment, which meant so much to me. They truly helped me when I needed it the most. I left feeling relieved, grateful, and in very good hands. I truly and highly recommend this clinic!

I am so impressed with how painless and efficient getting my root canal done was. I’ve never had one before and was, like most, quite nervous. I honestly found the experience even easier than going to a regular dentist for a filling. The staff is so friendly, Dr. Barnett is kind, thorough and I felt at ease in the chair. No one wants to get a root canal, but honestly, if you have to, this is definitely the place to go. 10/10 experience.

Probably the best root canal I've had done, staff are super kind and helpful, Barnett himself is friendly and fast as hell. If I could give a 6 I would.

The staff are nice, the Dr is nice and the facility is nice but nice only goes so far. They don’t read the medical form clearly. I put I get anxious in a note and no one mentioned anything. They don’t offer anything for anxiety during procedures which some ppl struggle with at the dentist. They basically take your money (and it isn’t cheap) and send you on your way in pain. No one calls to check on you but they sure call regarding payments as I heard the receptionist make plenty of those calls. It was very warm going into my appointment and very cold after payment and on top of that my tooth still hurts! Just some advice if you want to improve your business.

Awesome experience! Dr. Barnett and his staff are extremely kind and welcoming from the phone to the physical contact. They will do everything to understand your situation (in my case, I needed an emergency appointment because I had to be out of town when they were next available). They will make you feel comfortable and not make you feel any pain if possible. I have been having dental treatments for over 25 years and I will say that Dr. Barnett and his staff are among those I recommend without a shadow of a doubt.
