I have been going to Lisa for a few years and have gotten somewhat used to her abrasive personality and excused her borderline offensive jokes in the past. However, after my experience today I will never be returning. During my haircut she complimented my long hair. I mentioned that I always wear it long as I have never liked the way my hair looks when it’s cut short. She then proceeded to say “I bet if I ever cut your hair short there would be a drive by shooting at my salon the next day.” I was stunned by this remark and did not respond at first. Then she said “Get it? Because Indian dad’s don’t let their daughter’s cut their hair.” I corrected her immediately. I was extremely offended by her offensive and racist “joke” regarding an outdated stereotype. And her insinuating that every one of South Asian descent is capable of violence similar to the stories we hear on the news. She also made fun of one of her client’s after he left the salon, saying that he used to have hair but now he’s basically bald. And proceeded to laugh at him. Her extremely unprofessional behaviour is not limited to making racial remarks. It’s a shame as she is talented at cutting hair, but I would not recommend Lisa to anyone who has any self respect.

I have been going to Lisa for years, but unfortunately I won’t be returning. While she does good hair, the overall experience has often been uncomfortable due to her behavior. During appointments, she frequently makes jokes or comments involving race, which I find extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. She also talks about other clients behind their backs and shares personal information they’ve told her, which feels like a breach of trust. Getting your hair done should feel relaxing and welcoming, but I often left feeling awkward instead. I can’t recommend this salon if you’re looking for a respectful and comfortable environment.

Where do I start? As soon as I walked in I loved the atmosphere, Lisa greeted me kindly and from start to finish was absolutely amazing! She’s friendly easy to talk with and Her expertise was beyond my expectations and I left with the exact cut I was looking for…. Thank you Lisa!!! Xx Highly recommended 💕⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💕

I can’t thank Lisa enough for the outcome of my hair!!! I’ve wanted this since I was 13 years old she has amazing service makes me feel so comfortable she’s so funny and great to be around her skills are unbelievable she has talent!!:)

Went in to see Katelyn for a repair on a bad ombre that was done elsewhere. Not only did she exceed my expectations, she nailed the picture I brought in for what I wanted. She was by far the best I've been too, she has all the professional tools and techniques, and the experience she holds - shows! My hair is amazing feels healthy, and she took the time to set a regiment for care and future goals. Highly recommended. She delivers a true chic salon experience with all the chatter, laughs, and beautiful results you could want. Thanks a ton girlie!!
