I have known Ivan for the past 10 years. He does both small and larger painting projects for the strata building including drywall mudding and sanding. He is also excellent at any small miscellaneous projects. Just ask and he will let you know if he can do it. He is diligent, on time, very positive, does very good work and never says no. He also has very competitive pricing typically below the industry standard. I will highly recommend him.
