Jay was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure our detached garage man door was SECURE. This morning, the dead bolt failed to open so we were locked out. Further, he figured out a creative solution to our improperly installed knob lock. Jay, B&W Locksmith is very lucky to have you on staff. You earned my 100% trust and respect today. Thanks again! Highly recommend this business. I was in an emergency situation & he showed up within 30 minutes. Hunter was more than happy to help me out as well as very knowledgeable with my manual & keypad locks. He was quick and very polite. The service I received was also very affordable.

Called on sat talked to bobby told him I need a key fob made and he came through the next day to the location of my girls Mercedes and gave me a great price even on the weekend. Such a genuine guy and made sure we were satisfied. Best part is if I lose or need another copy he can make it happen without having to scan it.. Give him a chance you won’t be disappointed. He deals with all makes and models so don’t hesitate to get a quote and he might even be able to do it the same day within an hour… thanks again Bobby!

Super fast, super efficient and very nice. Highly recommend! They were by far the most helpful customer service folks I encountered that day when my car rental keys went on a watery adventure without me. He arrived within the specified window of time, and sure enough, had everything he needed to reprogram the car key, he'd given me the opportunity to test the key to my satisfaction before heading out to the next job. I would absolutely recommend B&W Locksmith to anyone in the Keys and surrounding areas.
