Bobby and crew are amazing to work with. I used their services twice in one week! I needed a key fob done for my German car and they did an excellent job. Also had to have new locks and key pad installed on my house. Zee was amazing. He actually left my doors in better condition than he found them. He fixed minor issues while installing the new hardware. I cannot recommend him enough and highly recommend B & W locksmith services.i wish I had called them sooner. My house is secure and doors open and close effortlessly now.

My partner, sister, and I got locked out of our house at Midnight. We spent the entire night up until 6:00 AM trying to contact a locksmith to help us. Either insane prices (we're all students, we needed an affordable option), appointment based, or straight up rude. Nobody was able to help us, and we were getting really worried. That is, until I came across B&W!! They were the first affordable option to respond and provide a consistent quote. They were kind and understanding as well, unlike the dismissive competitors we tried to contact who didn't give us the time of day. Our technician was a saint. He was at our home in half an hour and our door was being a real pain, but he persisted and managed to get it open! Keeping in mind it was nearly -20 and the issue was complex, he worked very speedy! He was very kind, even said hi to the cats who needed to investigate the man that was making all the noise at the door. Not only that, but he stayed calm despite the door being very frustrating. The three of our were very nervous, but he kept composure while letting us hover to watch what was happening. I wish I remembered his name so I could properly thank him again, but we did send him home with some baked goods and I did love that I was able to tip on top of that. I could not recommend him and B&W enough! I will be recommending them to anyone that ever runs into a similar issue, and I will be using them again. Thank you so much!!

I bought a special made of titanium key for my 300zx. I called most if not all locksmiths in Calgary and none of them would cut my titanium key. I found Bobby at B&W and he was the only one in the area code who could do it. The cut is perfect and he helped me when no one else could.

I live in a different province, and I first connected with Bobby over the phone. The Volkswagen dealership quoted me an unreal price just to get my stolen car started since it had no key. Bobby promised from the beginning that he could handle it for almost half the cost. The car stayed with him for a while because it required a lot of work, and honestly, I was under a lot of stress because of the situation. Still, Bobby always answered my calls, explained everything step by step, and his whole team was incredibly supportive and understanding. From day one, Bobby told me he would get the car running, even though many people across Canada couldn’t deal with this type of problem. I trusted him and in the end, the car started and runs perfectly with no errors at all. To me, Bobby is pure gold in Alberta and Calgary. I highly recommend that anyone work only with him. He’s honest, straightforward, and he stands by his word. If he says yes to a job, it means it can be done. And if Bobby can’t do it, you can be sure even the dealership won’t be able to. Right away was greeted by friendly staff. I had a house key i needed to copy and service was very fast. I also wanted to inquire about getting a replacement key for my 1999 Cadillac. Most locksmiths tell me they dont deal with that car but the gentleman here gave me a few options and told me how I could save money. Great business. Profession, fast and affordable.
