Aaron was fantastic to deal with and I would highly recommend working with this shop. I travel to Kamloops frequently for schooling from out of town and my Subaru decided to flash all the transmission lights on the dash as I was heading home. Aaron and the team dealt with the solenoid issue on my vehicle in a timely manner. The communication was great and their were no surprises in regards to billing. Thank you for your help!

Great shop with knowledgeable staff. I dropped my import (JDM) Subaru off with a trouble light due to a transmission learning issue. Many shops won't even look at a right hand drive car so it was nice when the person on the phone told me to bring it in. They fixed my car in under an hour, no silly games, just a fair bill. Not only that, the owner was nice enough to let me pick his brain about some stuff. It's nice to talk to a professional that is willing to offer some education if you ask. I would not hesitate to bring any of my cars here for transmission work, or to give them a call when looking for transmission parts.

Can't say enough about how fantastic these guys are! Glen and Aaron went above and beyond putting the new transmission and torque converter in my 2007 Duramax and rebuilding my transfer case. Runs beautifully now! The extra thought and care they put into their work really makes a difference. Best transmission shop in town!

Great service, a very knowledgeable group of people. Brought a friend's truck here to get the transmission rebuilt. They provided pictures, parts and an explanation for all work done. Also they gave us a full warranty on all work performed. I went back with my own truck and had another good experience. Then I received a nice letter in the mail. Never got anything like that from other shops. I will be going back for sure.
