Neutral review as I can only comment on the quoting process, and can't speak too the quality of work. I found Banack unprofessional and abrupt. While I wasn't expecting perfect grammar or spelling, I did expect that a professional quote, and email would not be littered with sms abbreviation's and jargon. I did not choose banack to service my car.
