I had an excellent experience working with Jeff Spindor for an Injury Prevention Assessment. I'm doing a fundraising stair climb challenge soon (BC Lung Foundation - Climb the Wall) and he is helping me get ready for that in a few short weeks. He did an excellent assessment of my gait, strength & mobility & created a program for me to follow for success. Thank you Jeff!

Sharon is amazing! She’s professional, thorough and personable. I particularly like how she explains everything she’s doing and how everything works in the body. It’s fascinating and gives me peace of mind, which is so important to me when it comes to my body. I could not recommend her enough!

Cassandra is a fantastic instructor. I’ve been taking her Pilates / core class to help me rebuild strength after having a baby. She is patient and motivating, provides lots of encouragement and modifications where needed. Highly recommend for a great workout!
