Today I went to see Chantal Whitaker for a deep tissue massage to relieve some tension in my shoulder. I train extremely heavy in bodybuilding and have been getting massages very frequently for over 15 years. I recently moved to the Okanagan from Alberta, and I can honestly say this was one of the best massages I’ve ever received. Chantal is very strong, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly understands the body at a high level. She knew exactly what she was doing and paid close attention to the areas that truly needed work instead of just following a routine. The pressure was spot on, the techniques were effective, and I felt a noticeable difference immediately after. If you train hard, deal with chronic tension, or are looking for someone who actually knows how to work deep tissue properly, I highly recommend her. I’ll definitely be booking again.

My experience with Derya was excellent from beginning to end. She made me feel very comfortable from the moment I entered the clinic until I left. She took the time to find out my pain points and my expectations first. Derya's technique was exactly what I like - deep tissue and finding all of my trigger points even when I didn't know there was one. The hot stones were an added bonus! I'm already looking forward to my next massage.
