Did not honour their quote, if they bring you the wrong water heater they will charge you their hourly rate to go get the correct one, will leave a mess with their wet muddy boots and will over charge for any parts needed. And install looks horrible, I would not Recommend.

B line is my go to plumber! Everytime we have a leak, he knows where it is and whats causing it before even coming to see it! He knows his stuff! He is very effecient and proffesional! So friendly as well! I recommend B line to everyone!

For many years I owned a 40+ unit motel in GP. I used Ellery's services for at least the last 5 years of my ownership of this motel. Absolutely always the best and prompt service. He rebuilt/repaired my boilers, would go into my crawl spaces and fix leaking pipes plus so much more. And, never did I sense a rip off from him. Very honest person always carrying a smile on his face. I have since sold the motel but still have rental units in GP and use B-Line when required. I highly recommend him. He's the best for your money!

started the job he was half way done he said he would be back the next day to finish and he never came back I had to hire another plumber to finish the job
